f clutch is the assembled part as an stl, other parts are individual parts to print. this design is a one way overruning clutch or bearing. pen springs can be used to press the shoes into the rollers. with PLA you could feel the difference to spin it one way vs the other. since its plastic its max gripping torque is still kind of low. open to improvements
