One Piece Spool Holder

I experimented with numerous available designs that included bearings which tend to come loose on their own. Three and four-piece designs required assembly using screws or snap-together components. I was never entirely satisfied with any of them because one design would work well with certain brands of spools but not others, and so on. I decided to create a simple one-piece spool holder that can be printed in a single operation. Spool holders don't need bearings as the spool slides smoothly along the printed plastic. A small amount of static friction is actually desired, or the spool will unwind and become tangled. I designed this spool holder to accommodate all my filament spools, from small spindles to large ones, as well as wide and narrow varieties, and it should fit 98% of spools on the market.
