One piece spool holder
thingiverse
The One Piece Spool Holder Requires Only One Type of Part - Print Two Copies, Install Bearings From Old Skates And Connect Filament Carefully To build this KISS spool holder you'll need just one kind of part, that's it. You need 2 copies and two 608 ball bearings that can be obtained from discarded inline skates. Print both parts and carefully install the bearings in their appropriate place within the holders. Push these firmly into position until they snap. You might feel a satisfying click. This is where all movement ends and your printer begins. Once you've got it right side up, repeat the same motion with the second holder so you can enjoy perfectly level prints every single time. But be sure not to overlook something extremely crucial in usage. Always keep the filament spilling out from the bottom of this 3d printed accessory. Now you might notice a revised version (V2b) coming our way that makes connecting these two pieces very easy and smooth because of an enlarged hole of 4,2mm as well as pivots set at 4 millimeters in size. This lets all objects fall smoothly into place with absolute ease - No force needed at all!
