Update just printed another case using guide I found for adding text boarder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2995281 I also turned on z stepping and 0mm retraction minimum travel under travel in cura to prevent travel lines do to no retraction turned out amazing Just got a raspberry Pi Zero 2 W so much faster then old version gets warm and wanted a case with good ventilation found this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1595429 the case it worked ok but wanted stronger clip and mounting labels for the ports also included file with no labels I added better clip to hold lid closed and labels for the ports and reinforcements since I am printing with no top and bottom layers for ventilation I found the rods to hold Pi zero would snap off to easy so made screw holes and used old laptop screws to hold Pi zero in place works great screws make there own threads printed in clear PLA and black PETG Printed on ender 3 v2 wall line count 4 no top or bottom layers for ventilation 20-30% infill zigzag Print Settings Printer: ender 3v2 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 30% zigzag Filament: Anet PLA clear Notes: wall line count 4 no top or bottom layers for ventilation 20-30% infill zigzag Category: Electronics
