One Piece Raspberry Pi Zero + Camera Case (with GPIO)
thingiverse
Update 23/7/2017: An update is available for the case that supports camera and GPIO. Try it if you have trouble printing the hinge of the original version. Update 14/3/2017: It's disheartening to receive comments reporting parts fused together, but also gratifying to hear from others who have no issues at all. I believe it all depends on how well your printer handles hanging and small gaps. The geometry of the hinge is very compact. Otherwise, it won't work well with the Pi Zero and Pi Zero W. Good news for those who had trouble printing. A "v2" version is available for the low profile case. Extra clearance has been added to the hinge geometry. Hopefully, this will avoid parts fusing together when printed with bigger nozzle sizes. If it works for you, please post a picture back here. I really want to see if it works. Update 13/2/2017: Comments suggested separating the model into two parts since the top and bottom fused together as they printed. I had no idea if this would work, but I did it anyway, and now you can try it too. Let me know if it helps. Update 2: The GPIO version is available. To fix the Pi Zero, you'll need four M2.6 screws that are 15mm long. Update: The camera version is here! It holds both your Pi Zero and Camera together in a small box. There are two sub-versions. The first one doesn't use any screws, but you may need some extra help to secure the Pi Zero in its correct position. In my case, I used two rubber bands. The second one uses four M2.6 screws that are 12mm long. My first Raspberry Pi Zero case supports the new version with a camera port. It can be printed in one piece and no assembly is required. This is a low profile version, which means it will only hold the PI Zero itself without any jumper or HAT on it. I'll publish more versions later. So, follow this creation if you need bigger versions that can hold GPIO jumpers, cameras, or even HATS.
