After printing the separate parts for this suspension & putting it together with the 4 screws, I realized I should be able to make this one part without having to use the screws. You still need the 2 screws to mount to the bottom PLA printed part & chasis. I printed this with black TPU from zyltech.com at 30mm/sec & 220c. It is a little challenging to get those 2 M3 nuts in place to hold the bottom part & I am still working on that. For the time being, I just have longer screws threaded in from the bottom to hold it in place. Just looking at the original design of this again, I realized I did opposite of what he did & made the top parts flexible & made the lower BOM part PLA. Seems like it still has a nice spongy feel to it, so I will leave it this way for now. You will need to get the **Front_Lower_BOM_OpenRC_F1_2017.stl** file from the 2017 updates as I did not include that. This is modeled in openscad, so if you are familiar with that you can modify this to your liking.
