This is a modified version of the gear bearing by Emmett [1]. It's designed to act as a preassembled gearbox that can be printed in one piece. Changes include adding pins and an output shaft to the planets, adding an extra sleeve on the housing for stacking, and including fillets and chamfers to facilitate printing and prevent early layer fusion. Printing with 0.2 mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle, and 30% infill worked well for me. Printing without support was also successful. Pro tip: After printing, carefully rotate the sun gear to debond the gears. Then use a drill or a fast rotary device to rotate the sun gear at high speeds. Add a little oil to the gears and pins, then drive the gearbox again until it's loose enough. Connect the drill to the planets shaft and drive it in both directions several times to achieve smooth operation with low friction. [1] https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53451
