I merged the "flap" and "lock bar" parts of the Lockable Sorter Box and added a pin/hinge. It works seamlessly as a direct replacement for the original two components, provided your printer can produce bridges with ease. The hinge will move smoothly with minimal resistance on the first print, but make sure to use an adequate Z-layer height - I optimized it for .100mm and anything thicker may result in a less-than-free hinge. You'll also need to download the parts from the original Thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:466723 - specifically, one box, one lid, and one handle. Print Settings: Printer: MP Select Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .100 Infill: It doesn't matter, as long as your printer can produce a decent bridge. Notes: To get the best results, print two back to back - you'll need both and it gives you some extra time for layers to cool down.
