One-Piece E3D V6 Mount for Folgertech FT-5

This is a straightforward, single-piece, clamp-style printable piece designed to securely attach a direct-drive E3D V6 hotend to an existing Folgertech extruder motor assembly. I created this design after discovering that other solutions either demanded a full carriage replacement or failed to accurately match the dimensions of the existing assembly. This mount will fit any NEMA 17 motor, so if you're using a different printer, feel free to send me your y-axis measurement (from the face of the motor out to the output hole on your extruder drive) and I'll modify this design accordingly, then post an updated version. As evident from the quality of the part in the photo, my old hotend was nearing its final print when it managed to produce this mount for my new E3D unit.
