To make it simpler, I'm replacing the traditional multi-piece setup with a single piece of laminate, specifically Overhead Projector film. This material is perfect for printing without any support structures. The recommended print height for this project is .3 mm to ensure a smooth finish and prevent any layer shifting during printing. For optimal strength and durability, I recommend using 100% infill density.
