One Piece Ball Spinner

One Piece Ball Spinner

Designed a single print spinner from scratch, starting with a blank slate in Tinkercad. Printed it on my Ender 3 using Solutech Glow in the Dark PLA, which added an extra layer of excitement to the project. To ensure a smooth print, I used a raft for extra support, but even that was easy to remove after printing. While this design was initially meant as a proof of concept, I'm excited about the possibilities for improvement. Aesthetics can always be enhanced, and I've already identified several ways to take it to the next level. To add some extra weight and stability, I added three more wings to the original design, which made a noticeable difference in how it felt in my hand. Currently working on a ball bearing one-piece design that's going to revolutionize the way spinners are built. The original plan had eight small outer spheres, but they left too much of a gap and could potentially pop out. I've since redesigned with ten outer spheres, which will provide a more secure fit. Printing it out now and can't wait to see the results. For those who want to try their hand at building one, I've included the STL file for your convenience.
