https://youtu.be/1vxDJefhkyk This is a one-part fan, and some aspects may evolve with further iterations. It must be printed without support material. I printed it using 0.2mm layer thickness and 0.05mm resolution. The 0.2mm layer proved to be more effective, but I plan to test numerous variations. You need to calibrate your printbed accurately to ensure the gears function properly. Tolerances vary depending on your machine's setup, so I cannot guarantee this will work on every 3D printer. I have not attempted to print the keychain version yet; perhaps adjustments are necessary for it to be functional. I hope you find enjoyment in this project.
