One-off Extruder: Afinia/UP! motor -> JHead

I've acquired an extra Afinia extruder motor in good condition, along with the corresponding mounting block. I'd like to integrate this unit with a Ubis hotend that employs a jhead mount setup. The assembly calls for 6-32 SAE screws to secure it, and the design features 50mm spacing between holes, which matches specifications found in the STL file located at https://github.com/Xssink/Prusa_i3x/blob/master/STLs/X_carriage_(Print_1).stl.
