One New York Plaza Low-poly 3D model

Introducing a low poly, game-ready model of One New York Plaza designed with PBR/V-Ray materials. The model contains 2782 polygons and 3801 vertices, built as a modular construction for ease of use. Rendered using V-ray 3.00.07 and Unreal Engine 4, models are separated on layers for convenience. Textures have meaningful names with stripped path names, and a file without V-Ray shader is included. Unit measurements are in centimeters, while background and HDRI files are not included. This model features 1024x1024 resolution textures in .png format, including 4 PBR textures (base color, metallic, roughness, and normal) or 5 V-ray textures (diffuse, glossiness, reflection, IOR, and normal). The model has been successfully tested in Unreal Engine 4.
