i am working on a new better baroque flute project. delete all files. ------------------------------------ Based on Ivory Flute By Charles Bizey ,Paris 1740. A=417 Hz Technical drawing by Jean Francois Beaudin ,10.Dec.1986. Edinburgh, scotland. . The bore and tone hole size are from the technical drawing , all tune holes are 0.1 mm smaller on each side compared to the drawing . All tone holes are not undercutted, you need to tune it yourself .Due to copyright issues I can’t release the drawing witch contains undercutting measurements. If you want you can buy it from https://friendsofstceciliashallmuseum3.weebly.com/wind-drawings.html . Or just tune it by feeling. I also did some adjutsments on mortise , it maby longer or deepper to make sure there is no Gap between each joint and also thick to make it hard enough. The diameter of the Key axis is 1.5 mm Crock at 23.5mm (196.15 from the Mortise side, )alittle closer to the mortise side will higher the note above 2 octave G , the original instrument is 417 Hz and it is easy to tune it 2Hz lower to 415 hz. The pad is designed 2cm thick , you can add a Spring leaf on the key by hand make.( most 3d print materials are not hard enough to hold such a small screw so make sure don‘t Tighte the screws too hard or it will slip)
