One Hand Book Holder - Large

I decided to remake the one-hand book holder that was posted earlier here, with a few modifications to suit my needs. The original version worked perfectly well for my wife's smaller hand and compact books, but when I printed it out myself, I found it was woefully inadequate for my larger thumb and preferred page spacing. To fix this issue, I enlarged the hole size to accommodate my bigger thumb and lengthened the holder to keep the pages further apart.
