"One fang" cooling system lets you access the hotend without disassembling everything. Using a screw M3 36+mm as a hinge is better, but I don't have one, so I printed a small rod instead. It still works well. It's easier to superglue the top fan holder, which is why I kept and printed it separately. Glue the red part to the green one. The top fan holder matches the size of the blower that comes with the printer. This design might not match the size of the 5015 blower. Since I don't have it, I can't confirm this. I don't think airflow tweaking is necessary in this case. It sounds like overkill because the fan is only 10 mm away from the hotend. If you need to modify my design, feel free to do so. Some sanding on moving parts might be needed, but just a little bit. The FRONT FAN must be mounted from outside the holder!!!
