One-Arm Switch Controller Mount

One-Arm Switch Controller Mount

thingiverse

I uploaded this project so everyone can enjoy the Nintendo games we all love, no matter which hand they use (if you're lucky enough to have two hands, it's still super comfortable and ridiculously useful). The wrist attachment straps on inside and the Joy-cons snap in like any other accessory. A space opens up between the wrist attachment and the Joycons, allowing users to reach through and grab a snack while playing. The finger-button mapping is visible in the images above. Since the joycons are supported externally, every finger can operate a button, giving you the exact same gaming speed and responsiveness as if you were using two hands. There's both a right-handed and left-handed model shown, but the button layout is for the left-hand version. For the right-hand model, the layout is the same, except the controllers are flipped. This design offers full functionality for any Switch game, except ones that require (and don't offer alternatives to) multiple Joy-con motion controls. I hope you enjoy this print!
