This is a designed cap to fit an airlock onto a standard one-gallon jug or cubitainer. The hole measures approximately 3/8 inches in diameter, creating an airtight seal when an airlock is inserted without the need for a grommet. They fit a 38mm jug mouth, measuring about an inch and a half outside to outside, and about an inch inside to inside. This means they are compatible with standard 1-gallon and 1/2-gallon jugs. The caps work seamlessly with all standard 3/8-inch airlocks, including the three-piece, S-type, Mini, and Double Bubble models. I employed acetone vapor bath for smooth final prints and to achieve a better seal. My printing settings were as follows: Printed in ABS plastic Layer height: 0.2 millimeters Infill percentage: 14% No supports were used. Top layers: 4 Bottom layers: 4 Outline shells: 3 A supplementary file has been added, titled "Ver3_long_in.stl." This version features a longer middle section designed for users who prefer to utilize tubing instead of an airlock. While Ver2 models are still suitable, the new Ver3 design provides extra support for the tube and is compatible with airlocks as well.
