This is a drilled caps to fit an airlock onto a standard one-gallon jug or cubitainer. The hole is approx 3/8" and when an airlock is inserted an airtight seal is created without the need for a grommet.They fit a 38mm jug mouth which is about an inch and a half outside to outside, and about an inch inside to inside. This means that they fit standard 1 gallon and 1/2 gallon jugs. They work with all standard 3/8" airlocks including the 3 piece, S-type, Mini, and Double Bubble. I used acetone vapor bath for smooth final prints and for a better seal. Here my printing settings : Printed in ABS layer H = 0.2 mm infill = 14% NO SUPPORTS !!! Top Layers = 4 Bottom Layers = 4 Outline shels = 3 PS. Extra. The file was added (Ver3_long_in.stl). This has the longer middle part for people who like to use TUBING instead of AIRLOCK. Ver2 are fine too but Ver3 will give you extra support for the tube. Ver3 are fine with airlock.
