Work in progress!!! Updated 2/15/2024 to make the rail easier to slide in and correct the proper gauge. Also added a separate file that has mini spikes to hold the rail in place. It works surprisingly good. Printing with a 0.4mm tip works perfect.On30 flex track. Designed to be used with Micro Engineering code 83 or 70 rail. Rail somewhat snaps into the grooves in the ties. I'm experimenting with the best adhesive, maybe Pliobond; or, perhaps drilling pilot holes for spikes.Tie dimensions match those from Fast Tracks:Length: 38mm (1.5in)Width: 4mm (0.15in)Height: 2mm (0.0625in)Tie spacing: 11.1mm (0.437in)Tie height is a little shorter than Micro Engineering flex track ties but they should mate just fine.I printed with quick settings and the top of the ties end up with a somewhat wood grain look.Flexes very easily with PLA. I haven't measured the tightest radius but it's tighter than you'd ever need. I've found filament color doesn't matter as it's too shiny and I paint it anyway. Photo is green filament painted camouflage and grey. Code 83 rail.
