The power button on my Bose QuietComfort 35 headphones has been prone to breaking after some use. I've had these headphones for four years now, and previously managed to repair the broken switch with superglue when it first broke, but this time the break was more extensive, requiring a complete replacement of the switch. I used a standard 0.4mm nozzle for my print, however you may want to experiment with a smaller nozzle size in order to achieve better resolution on the power symbol and switch connection.
