This design is to door-mount the On Air sign designed by Mark Wu on Flux: https://www.flux.ai/markwuflux/on-air-markwu2001-remix-r1-backup-freeze?editor=pcb_3d The system is powered by 3AA batteries and the battery pack cover screws into the main mount with four 1-72 x 1/4 pan head screws. I recommended adhering the sign to the mount with some tape or mounting tabs. Adhere the entire assembly to the door using mounting tabs ( I used 12 ACE double-sided mounting tabs).
