I built this component specifically to attach securely to my Hypercube Evolution bed frame (2020 Extrusion). This device safeguards the 240v side of the SSR, offering a grounding connection for the bed frame and an extensive heatsink that cools down the SSR. Attach the SSR firmly to the 2020 Extrusion using m4 sliding nuts. Route wiring through this component, making sure to connect the center mount pin which provides grounding for both the bed frame and SSR. Slide this device onto the SSR and secure it to the frame, thereby protecting hands from potential electrical shock due to exposure to 240v.
