Omron Blood Pressure Machine Mount

Omron Blood Pressure Machine Mount

A mount for the Omron Platinum Blood Pressure (BP5450) machine that can either make wall mounting easier, or allow for placement under a desk.  Should work on the Gold (BP5350) machine as well, it appears to use the same chassis.  May work on others, but I have not attempted it.  Allows for easy removal of the machine if needing to be portable in both wall and under desk options. If wall mounting, the MainPart file can be used as a drill guide for screws the proper size to fit the machine, or can be attached to the wall in the same manner it attaches to the Brackets for a slightly better fit.If under desk mounting, simply print out all parts and use the HolesTemplate file to mark where you want the screws to go, it's about a 2-3 minute print.  Either screw the Brackets to the desk first for easier access to the screws, or fully assemble the mount for slightly easier alignment. I used some small sticky velcro things to hold the arm band behind the machine, but it could be draped over and around it as well. I designed it to work with M4 screws and nuts, but can be modified via available .STEP files to whatever you need.I went with multiple parts for ease of printing and modularity but if you are confident enough in your printer you can save some screws and do them all together. However, I do not have a file for that readily available and should be simple enough to modify in a CAD program of your choice. I include both individual and complete STEP files, as well as STL. I printed everything at 0.2mm height with PETG, and needed to slightly sand or pre-screw some of the holes to make it easier to assemble. A tuned printer should handle it fine.  Brackets were printed on their sides, everything else with a flat portion touching the build plate.  Supports were sparsely used for the holes, may or may not be necessary with your printer or filament of choice. Printed Bill of Materials:2 Bracket1 MainPart2 ScrewAdapter1 HoleTemplateNon-Printed Bill of Materials and Tools required:4 M4 nuts and screws (can be longer and still work, but I believe I used 8 or 10mm ones)4 standard screws that are adequate for what you are attaching it to.
