OMP M2 RC Helicopter Skid Holder

Hey All. I just got an OMP M2 RC helicopter, and one thing I read online about it is that the battery area is pretty small. Apparently, 3s LiPo packs with depths over 27mm won't fit when using the carbon battery tray. Most people get around this by not using the carbon tray and relying on the velcro strap to secure the battery. This works okay, but I wanted to use the carbon tray for ease of fitting. After about a half hour in Fusion 360, I came up with a new skid holder that lowers the middle cross beam 2mm to clear deeper batteries and allows full use of the quick release tray again. So far it's working great for me, so I thought I'd share it. You can use these on the front or back and you can use the stock screws to fix this in place. All I had to do after printing was run a 1mm and 1.5mm drill through the holes to open them up. Ian Contessa
