I design a mechanical wheel with a diameter of 70 mm to be used with micrometal motors. The bearings I choose are 11 mm in diameter, featuring a 5 mm shaft and a height of 5 mm. For assembly, I opt for 30 mm screws. To bring the project to life, I print the wheel part using PLA, but I recognize that flexible material would be ideal for this particular component; unfortunately, my Replicator 2 printer is outdated and struggles with printing high-quality flexible materials.
