The "Hope" satellite, known as Omid, was Iran's first home-built satellite launched into low Earth orbit on February 2, 2009 via the Safir-2 Space Launch Vehicle. It features 2K texture and bump maps in file formats such as cob, blender, 3ds, obj, dxf, direct x, dae, and fbx. The original design was created in TrueSpace6.6 and later converted in Blender 2.66a.
