Omega Onion Case for Expansion Dock

Omega Onion Case for Expansion Dock

I recently got my Onion 2+ from Kickstarter and started searching for a case to fit it in. I found the OnionOmega Enclosure by Duan-za and printed out a copy of it. However, when I put the new Onion in, I discovered that its shape is slightly different from what this case was designed for. To make the top piece fit properly, I made some adjustments. First, I shortened the wall around the expansion connector by 1mm because it was also causing problems with how well the case sat. Next, I removed the lettering and added two holes for the LEDs as well as a cutout over the MAC address sticker on top. Finally, I raised the top piece by 1.5mm to get a better fit. The new top works much better now. The USB-A connector has moved slightly and the separator between the two USB ports overlaps it somewhat. But so far, this hasn't stopped me from plugging anything into the slot, so I left it alone. If it does cause any issues in the future, it's easy to remove. I'm including the original bottom piece for completeness' sake because nothing was changed on that part of the design.
