I created an Eyepiece adapter for the iPhone-5, and discovered that its photos were superior to those taken with a Nikon D70 DSLR equipped with a DSLR mount. Check out this video (http://youtu.be/2JH1B2vliCE) for a comparison of optical zoom capabilities - iPhone-5 with x0.67 and x4.5 on SZ61TR, and the DSLR camera with x0.67 and x4.5 on SZ61TR. Both devices were tested at 50% and 100% software zoom.
