These legs are to provide lift so that the rotary y axis tool can be used. The bolts should be tightened so that there is no wobble in the legs. The y axis should be switched to the rotary tool as the machine would wobble in the y direction if the legs were opened. When not in use the legs fold down. Rubberized tape or sandpaper tape (shown in pics) should be attached so that the machine won't move during fast xy movements. Print two of the NoCutout bearing mounts and One of each Cutout bearing mounts. Print FOUR legs. I used grey PETG. Countersunk screws are used (M3 I think). The middle screw on each bearing mount is optional as there is a ridge to set the leg angle. Standard 8mm fidget spinner bearings are used (2x per leg). Requires: - 8 to 12 ~8mm M3 countersunk bolts (engage all screws before final tightening) - 4x 50mm M8 bolts. (The bolt head does not have much room and pliers are needed for tightening) - 4x M8 locknuts. No room for washers. - 8x 608 bearings There are official metal legs that can be purchased online.
