Ollie Brush Cover with Clips

I liked the Ollie Brush that \_azalea\_ posted, but was unable to make the cover stay on the brush. I modified the cover to add some side clips that will hold the cover tightly on the brush. The cover design is not ideal, but is good enough to serve the purpose. If I were less lazy, I might move the clips a little further out. I also included the original Ollie Brush design as a separate file, since the original posting had the brush and cover combined into one file. Other than separating the cover from the brush, there are no modifications to the brush design. Thanks to \_azalea\_ for posting the original design.
