My son, Oliver! I've customized the item from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:74322 using the Customizer at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=74322. The finished product was printed on an Ultimaker with 20 layers at a layer height of 0.06. Additionally, I set the hole diameter to 10 and used the image file lithopane20130716-1516-tgk995-0.dat for the design.
