Olight S2R bar mount
thingiverse
I really enjoy using my Olight s2r flashlight everywhere around the house and usually bring it along as part of my EDC kit. I designed this handlebar mount to enable me to use it as a headlight on my bicycle for nighttime rides. The design is compact and easy to print without any supports needed. It's a snug fit for the flashlight and the handlebar, which is probably a good thing. Hardware Used: DIN 933 M5x45 Hex Bolt, Qty:1, https://www.mcmaster.com/#91280a244 DIN 934 M5 Hex nut, Qty:1, https://www.mcmaster.com/#90591A260 (Note: I used a GoPro nut and bolt from my bar mount kit. However, pretty much any M5 hardware will work.) Note: This design is intended for the front part of a Jones H-bar which has a diameter of about 24mm. In theory, it could also be used on something slightly larger but won't fit on newer 31.8mm bars. The design is still in its prototype phase and I haven't done much nighttime riding with it yet.
