Olight Perun 2 mini holder for Leatherman nylon sheath
thingiverse
The set of tools, Leatherman and Olight Perun 2 mini is an ideal combination. Compact, versatile and high quality. Therefor it needed to be paired up. I found the holder by Meuriz for the Baton and loved the design. But it did not fit the Perun 2. Therefore I modified it.The top edge is slightly tapered so the clip easily slides over it. This already keeps it in place, but for the extra security and a satisfying "click" when you place the light in, you can add a metal washer in the bottom of the holder. To attach through the elastic loop on the Leatherman sheath I used a bolt 60mm x m4 and a m4 melt-in threadinsert, but you can also use a normal (lock)nut. To prevent a wobbly fit in the elastic loop I designed a mounting tube, this makes it nice and steady. The flat face towards the multi-tool. Printing tips:The holder:Used tree supports at 60degrees for the holderInfill 90%printspeed 60The tube:No supports, flat facedinfill 60%printspeed 60(I needed to drill the hole a bit with 4mm drill, was just to tight fit.
