Olfa tool box
thingiverse
As I had remixed the Omnifixo tool box (shown in the last few photos), I wanted to create a similar one to store my Olfa AK-4 cutter and spare blades (each come in their own small box). I laser cut some scrap 'smoky matte' 3mm acrylic for the lid, engraved the OLFA logo and did a score for the metric ruler. These are different colours in the SVG file to make it easier to assign a speed/power setting on your laser. Also included is a 3D printed version of the lid with a simpler logo and an adjusted tolerance for the magnets - this version is untested, however, so will most likely need glue, a 10mm brim and the draft shield setting on 'limited' (Prusa slicer). It may be worth printing logo side down to make the face surface as neat as possible (see slicer screenshot as an example). Overall Dims: 196 x 94.2 x 19.8mm Parts list: * 3mm Acrylic of your choice (if laser cutting) * ASA/ABS filament * Qty x 4 off 6mm dia x 3mm magnets
