OLFA 9911 CMP-1 Compass Circle Cutter not cutting large enough circles for you? Here is an extended body that increases the maximum diameter of the circle you can cut from 6 inches to little over 11 inches. Obviously, you can extend the distal end to increase that even further. Only limitation will be the maximum dimension of your 3D printer. I printed this with the lengthwise as the Z. Plenty strong at the joint when printed at 90% infill and no support required. You may experiment laying the model down to achieve similar strength with lower infill %.
