I originally attempted to remix the one I started with, but I didn't want to fill the big hole with plastic or solder. Using Tinkercad, I filled up the original hole and created a new hexagon that met the size requirements. On the left, you'll see the original design featuring a round hole; on the right and attached to the knife, my remixed version. You may need to scale up or down the print depending on your printer settings because this is a tight fit. I used a hair dryer to soften the plastic before pushing it in, taking advantage of PLA's remarkable malleability even with a regular hair dryer on its hottest setting.
