OLED screen holders/adapters for Gotek FDD emulator

The Gotek FDD emulator is an excellent device, but it's missing the proper screen by default. Luckily, the Chinese market offers those small OLED screens for a very affordable price of 1.20 Euro or $1.5 each:\r\n\r\nhttps://www.aliexpress.com/item/32712441521.html\r\n\r\nThere are two ways to install the screens into Gotek - on top of its case, to be viewed from the top, in either fixed or flexible position, and directly into the emulator's case, to be viewed from the front. It depends on where the emulator is installed. Take a look at the pictures for the installation examples into two different Yamaha MSX2 computers.\r\n\r\nWhen installing the screen outside of the Gotek's case in flexible position, a hole needs to be drilled in the top part of the Gotek's case (see the image for Method 1). The screen with attached wires and enclosed into the frame is installed by pushing the pin into the drilled hole. Then secure the pin with a locking ring to limit its vertical movement as shown on the included image.\r\n\r\nWhen installing the screen outside of the Gotek's case in fixed position, a hole needs to be drilled in the top part of the Gotek's case (see the image for Method 2). The screen with attached wires and enclosed into the frame is installed by pushing the pins into the two holes - the original screw hole and the newly-drilled one. You may want to put a small piece of adhesive-backed tape under the screen to attach it to the top of the case. When needed, the screen can be easily removed.\r\n\r\nThe original 3-digit screen of the emulator stays in its place or gets replaced with a special plug that carries the MSX logo (MSX logo's copyright belongs to its respective owner). Installing the screen outside of the case requires no additional modifications to the case.\r\n\r\nWhen installing the screen inside the Gotek's case, some minor modifications are necessary. The two ledges on the inner side of the front panel need to be completely removed, and a piece must be cut away from the screen holder located on the emulator's top cover. Note that if you remove the ledges, you won't be able to properly install the plug with the MSX logo (in case you change your mind and want to install the screen outside). So, make sure that you really want to install the screen inside the case before cutting the ledges.\r\n\r\nSee the printing instructions for more information.\r\n\r\nSorry about the distorted images - somehow Thingiverse lost the ability to scale them properly. There's nothing I can do about this.\r\n\r\nIf you'd like to show your appreciation of my humble efforts, please use the "Tip designer" button on this page: https://www.thingiverse.com/Wierzbowsky/designs
