Oldtown Net Impressed jar rim is a remarkable find. Located on the William Kluttz site in Stokes County, North Carolina (31Sk6). This historic piece dates back to the Saratown phase (AD 1670-1710). The material used to create it is ceramic. Measuring 303 mm in length, 249 mm in width, and only 7.3 mm thick. Cataloged as no. 2388p658 (Vessel 45), this artifact can be found at the North Carolina Archaeological Collection, housed within the Research Laboratories of Archaeology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
