oldham with ptfe tube
prusaprinters

i try coupler from EB3D_Printing and found that it really good. But it introduce a little bit backlash and too much friction to move freely with leadscrew . So i add a slot and put half of ptfe tube that i got from old bowden tube. and it perfect. now it nohave backlash because the tube the slot perfectly and reduce the friction.

after use it for sometime it make my zwobble reduce to near zero. and very safe when the head push to bed the coulpling will come off autometicaly and not press the head ferther and it easy to change leadscrew too

it think it can use with most 3d printer.

note* the blue part in picture is ptfe tube OD is 4
mm
ID is 1.9mm but ID 2mm should be ok too.you have to use 4 pieces (5 mm long cut in half to become 2 pieces) put into middle ring.
