New Version: www.thingiverse.com/thing:6517030I've been flying the Dart 250g for a while, always used an analog setup, but recently decided to fully switch to digital. I needed to find a way to mount a DJI digital system on the plane with the possibility of adjusting the center of gravity. This project is my vision of the Dart 250g with a digital setup. During the creation of the parts, I tried to design them as thoroughly and user-friendly as possible while preserving the aircraft's flight parameters. All the parts are made from CoPET plastic on a 3D printer (Flyingbear Ghost 6) with a layer height of 0.2mm and no supports (except for the "CameraWaspMount," which should be printed with supports).P.S. Parts are designed for mounting the Matek F405-WMN flight computer and the Runcam Wasp digital system.Components of my aircraft:Matek F405-WMNRuncam WaspGPS Matek M10Q-5883TBS Crossfire NanoRxU.FL to MMCX Female RG316 Extension Cable - 10cmTRUERC SINGULARITY 5.8 MMCX90 LHCPExtended coaxial cable 20cm for the Runcam Wasp video system18650 Sony Murata VTC6 3S 3120mAh battery packStock servos, motor, and ESC from the dart250g PNP kitTo assemble this project, you will need the following components:Steel hex bolts M2 12mm - 4pcsSteel hex bolts M2 20mm - 4pcsSteel hex bolts M2 5mm - 6pcsCountersunk steel hex bolts M2 5mm - 2pcsM2 steel nuts - 8pcsPETG/CoPET filament - 1pcsUHUpor - 1pcsSuper Moment GEL Glue - 1pcsApproximate assembly steps:Print the "030_CutM10Q_Small" file and use it as a template to install the GPS Matek M10Q-5883.Print the "FC_F405WMN_DigitalDart" file.Install the Matek F405-WMN flight computer on the printed part "FC_F405WMN_DigitalDart."Prepare the aircraft's surface for installing the flight computer (degrease the surface and cut holes for the protruding screws).Glue the part with the flight computer using UHUpor.Print the "030_CutM10Q_Small" file and use it as a template to install GPS Matek M10Q-5883.Print the "RuncamLink_TrafaretCut1.stl" file and use it as a template to install "RuncamLinkMount.stl."Print the "RuncamLinkTab.stl" and "CameraWaspMount.stl" files and install the CADDX Vista.Print the "RuncamLink_TrafaretCut2.stl" file and use it as a template to cut a hole for cooling the CADDX Vista. Some assembly notes:The STL file "030_CutM10Q_Small" is designed for precise cutting of a hole for the installation of GPS Matek M10Q-5883.Before installing the flight computer, you need to attach the "board with a USB-C connector" that comes with the flight computer to the printed part (you may need a long screwdriver for this). The STL file "RuncamLink_TrafaretCut1" is designed for precise cutting of a hole for installing the "RuncamLinkMount.stl" plate. The STL file "RuncamLink_TrafaretCut2" is designed for precise cutting of a hole for cooling the CADDX Vista. Before gluing the parts, be sure to degrease the surface for bonding.I attached the GPS and "RuncamLinkMount.stl" part with Glue Super Moment GEL.I placed the video transmitter antenna at the bottom of the aircraft using a UFL to MMCX 10cm adapter; the antenna can withstand landings well as it is mounted on a flexible stalk. You will need an extended coaxial cable (20cm) for the Runcam Wasp video system.During the printing of the "RuncamLinkMount.stl" file, you need to pause the print and insert the "M2 steel nuts" (4pcs), then continue the print.
