This 3D printed replica showcases the World Trade Center Complex (12 days after devastation based on LIDAR point cloud data captured by USGS AVIRIS imaging system). All 7 buildings were reduced to rubble on September 11th, 2001. WTC 1 & 2 stood at 110 stories, WTC 3 had 22 stories, WTC 4 was 9 stories tall, WTC 5 also reached 9 stories, WTC 6 stood at 8 stories and WTC 7 towered at 47 stories. All four towers were nearly completely destroyed. This model is designed to assist your research into the destruction of the World Trade Center complex. The printed replica was produced on a ProJet 1500 3D printer. At $.30 per gram, this model cost $52. The dimensions are 5 inches wide, 5 inches long and 2.5 inches high.
