This 3D model originated from Sketchup 8 and was then transformed into various other 3D formats seamlessly. Native format is .skp, while 3ds Max scene was created in 2016 version, with Vray 3.00 rendering. The inspiration for this model comes from a store located in New England that I frequently passed while driving a truck several times. Initially, it started out as an elliptical-shaped farmhouse that got converted into a commercial establishment by transforming the ground floor into a square and making the shopkeeper's quarters upstairs. To top it off, the first-floor space was revamped for retail use. As you can see, this is an empty store waiting for its next tenant to occupy it, but unfortunately, the last tenants took away all the appliances, leaving nothing behind except for some equipment needs that you would have to provide. I want to extend my gratitude to all the contributors who helped bring this model into existence. The innovative idea of a false front was conceptualized by me, and the signboard is designed in a way that's ready for the next set of tenants. Despite these changes, the original shape of the model still remains intact, allowing you to customize it further if needed.
