Old Version! - Fulmar P02 Updated wing with added details

I encountered some flutter problems at roughly 100 mph on January 21st, 2019. A video of the incident can be found here: https://youtu.be/JQSUrRsTaPE. A new and updated version of the "Fulmar" outer and inner wing has been created. The changes made include: The servo latch now closes without needing a tool. Servo cables can be threaded through the wing with their connectors still attached. Exchangable connecting tabs have been added to the wing panels. A latch on the inner wing helps manage the servo cable. A cutout is located at the front of the updated design. Smaller reinforced areas were added to reduce weight. The vertical stabilizers were reduced in size for additional weight savings and to prevent damage. M3 nuts and M3x25mm bolts are now used instead of threaded holes. This update has resulted in an estimated 26g weight reduction per wing.
