Old Town Auto Pilot 2 Inch Seat Riser

This is a seat riser setup for the Old Town Auto Pilot. I designed it for the 120, but I think it should also fit the 136. There's two versions for the front risers. There is a one piece or a two piece. The two piece requires some assembly. The bolts that come with the kayak for the brackets will work for some of it. To assemble use tape or piece of foam to hold nut in the slot of the upper piece. The lower piece requires threading (can use tap, or countersink it slightly and just send it with the bolt). I used nuts and slotted holes in the upper piece since I don't know the tolerances for the brackets. extra parts include: 1/4" bungie cord 8X 10-32 bolt _3/4" - 1" long 4X 10-32 bolt _1/2" - 5/8" long 4X 10-32 nut ( I used washers but it's not required) For the one piece solid 2 inch riser you will need a longer bolt - 10-32 _2 1/2" - 2 5/8" long I recommend using medium strength thread lock.
