Old Tombstone Variations - D&D Scatter

Old Tombstone Variations - D&D Scatter

prusaprinters

A set of several old stone gravestones featuring runes/engravings, damage, and various carved patterns. I love these as scatter because they're a great mix of detail, built-in weathering, and print-and-forget. You can print a whole bunch of them in a batch, paint them up all at once, and have them ready for a game in no time.

I designed these for a D&D game, and optimized them to be printed upright on an FDM printer, with a 0.4mm nozzle, and they come out GREAT! Even the engravings. I can only imagine how well they'd come out on an SLA printer, so if you try this, let me know! :D

All of these are designed for 28mm scale. They stand upright on their own, but they're even better for printing a bunch of them, and then sticking them into larger terrain pieces or modular tiles. You can get a LOT of detail out of them with simple drybrushing or using a dark-wash, thanks to the engravings.

I may create more variations and add them over time - so be sure to keep an eye on this page for more models!

As always, I'd love to see how you all print these and use them in your games. Please add makes/pictures so others can get some ideas for how to use them!

Update 1 (February 12, 2021)

Added 5 new tombstone designs

Fixed STL scale

Updated print settings

Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: i3 MK2S

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.4mm

Infill: 15%

Filament: Overture PLA Space Grey

Notes: Printed on the Prusa Mini, on a flat coated spring-steel bed.
