Old style phone handset
thingiverse
My fiancé required a vintage phone prop for her choreography, so I used Solidworks to design one since old-style handsets are hard to find without paywalls. It fits standard handset cables and I printed it on my 3D printer with black ABS. The handle has a flat area for better build support. To print, I used a raft (not necessary), no supports, a layer height of 0.27mm, 15% infill, a 120-degree build plate temperature, and the results were acceptable despite not ideal photo quality due to black phones and phone camera flash.
