Old State House Boston

Old State House Boston

After discovering the Makerbot store in Boston and being inspired to model a historic city building, I found information about the Old State House on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_State_House_(Boston)). The Old State House is a significant historical site; on July 18, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was proclaimed from its balcony by Col. Thomas Crafts. To model this building, please create the roof in slate color, the walls in brick color, the side door in black, and the rest of the parts in white/yellow. The balcony and side door will require supports during printing, while other parts can be printed without. When printing the STL files, ensure they are correctly positioned. For optimal results, print these designs on a Replicator 2 at low quality settings (0.3mm layer height, 10% fill, 2 perimeters, at 90 mm/s & 230 degrees C) using Makerware. Please be aware that an incorrect OldStateHouseWalls.stl file was initially uploaded; however, a corrected version named OldStateHouseWalls_Fixed.stl has been uploaded and the original deleted.
