Update 2 features: -More optimal LM2560 positioning. -Increased space under raspberry to house dissipation units. -Better raspberry pi positioning and access. (now with 2,5mm screws) (pi4 in future) -Increased amount of bracket spaces to hold cables. -Changed electrical cable feeding (now placed in the bottom panel). -New bracket to force air through the drivers, included solid file to modify to your needs. -Lateral mounting holes to allow external fixation brackets. -New version without switch holes. -Fixed misalignment in door fixation. -Many more minor corrections. *The new air bracket is designed for TMC 2130 in XYZ and TMC 2208 in E. ------------------------------- This is a control box made to hold up: -raspberry pi 3+ -BIQU SKR 1.3 -50x50x15 fan -two LM2596 DC-DC converters -heated bed Mosfet -Z axis multiplier -two power switch, (if you want) This is a first implementation of the box, but it's completely functional, and being used daily. Things might seem tight inside, but it has been tested and everything fits well, and most important, it gives all components easy access to airflow, and physical, for repairs and maintenance with just one screw. The box can be printed in a Prusa i3 printer with at least a 200x200 bed. it has 3 mounting screws holes for a profile on the bottom of the case, please, use at least 1mm spacers to separate the box from the profile, also keep in mind all holes are made for 3mm screws, except the raspberry pi which are 2.5mm, the door lock, and the profile fixation ones, which are 4mm ones. All holes have been corrected to +0.4mm size, to compensate overextrusion. Important!!! The fan must be positioned to extract hot air from inside, not blow, repeat, the fan extracts air from the box, otherwise it won't work properly and heat will cycle inside the box, provoking heat pockets near components. Thanks for sharing their mockup pieces to: Towe Prusa Ancel Curativo Albert Thingster Hope it helps you in this new 32 bit era! Designed by Carles
