A Well-Worn School Board Model, Ready for Unreal Engine 4. This model of an old school board is moderately dirty and suitable for use in the Unreal Engine 4 game engine. The textures used are high-resolution, with 2K packed images that include diffuse, occlusion, roughness, and metallic maps. Both dirty and clean versions of these textures are included. The merged version of the model, which includes both open and closed states, is also provided. The model features a custom collision mesh using the UCX format and has been triangulated for efficient rendering. A second UV channel has been assigned to accommodate lightmapping.
